Burgfelderstrasse

The signature symbol of the building are the prefabricated perforated glass-reinforced concrete elements of both facades, combined with the large glass surfaces lying underneath, as well as the angled geometry of the balconies. These building blocks give the project a modern look.

Each apartment occupies the surface of an entire floor. In addition to its balconies the penthouse apartment has a roof terrace with breath-taking views of the city and its surroundings.

In order to minimize the environmental impact of the house the building skin has been energy-optimized and the apartments have been fitted with mechanical ventilation.

The staircase, lift and all apartments are accessible to people with disabilities.

The apartments have a practical plan. Each one of them has a south-east oriented living room, a modern kitchen with a kitchen, 2 to 3 sleeping rooms, an office, sanitry- and storage rooms.

The central mechanical ventilation, floor heating and sound insulated windows provide the necessary comfort and protection against the busy boulevard, as well as a low energy consumption. The interiors of the living space can be individually adjusted according to the whishes and taste of the occupants.
