The new office building on Darwinstrasse is the first building block in the conversion and reprogramming of a former power station site in Berlin-Charlottenburg. Covering 15,000 m2, it combines a stimulating office environment for up to 1,000 workstations with ecological and social benefits. A spacious, 2,200 m2 rooftop park with its cascading gardens invites you to climb up - as a space for relaxation, informal encounters and with a magnificent view over the river Spree and the rooftops.

The design redefines the balance between technology and nature, with indoor and outdoor spaces flowing seamlessly into one another. With these fluid transitions and flexible floor plans, the new office building is open to a variety of spatial concepts - now and in the future.

Especially during the corona crisis, we have experienced how important direct access to green outdoor areas is. The work areas on each level can be extended into the outside space via the cascading gardens in front of the building using large sliding doors. As the park-like roof garden is open to both tenants and visitors, it can be used in a variety of ways.
