Glass and timber: a new single-level house in Malibu Park, the Pacific in every room. Material and detail: glass walls under a flat, timber-lined roof, a timber-clad fireplace wall, terrazzo floors, a walnut bathroom, the Pacific in the glass.
The grounds: a lap pool at the lawn's edge, a gabled pavilion lined in timber, a fire pit among boulders and corten screens, and paths through native planting. Photography: Philippe Naouri Studio, August 2026.
