A 1960 house by A. Quincy Jones, FAIA, in the Royal Homes tract of Tarzana: a single storey of post and beam under wide eaves, about 2,200 sq ft and four bedrooms, glass to the pool, published by Good Housekeeping in 1961.
Whitewashed board-and-batten, exposed wood ceilings, sky-blue entry doors, teak millwork, terrazzo and polished concrete floors.
