The concept for Cala Del Mar centers on creating a serene, resident-focused coastal lifestyle shaped by light, views, and gentle architectural expression. Every design decision enhances the feeling of living with the sea — from the orientation of the homes to the flowing curves and horizontal lines that echo the softness of the coastline.
The architecture aims to create harmony between privacy and openness, intimacy and expansiveness, indoors and outdoors. Together, these gestures establish a calm, contemporary environment where residents feel connected to the landscape, to one another, and to the rhythm of the shore.
