Costa Mare draws inspiration from the mountains and coastal contours of Ras Al Khaimah, translating the region’s dramatic topography into an iconic floating landscape where architecture, nature, and community rise together.
Balancing an unusually large GFA within a compact site, the design introduces a defining “horizon split,” an elevated landscape floor that transforms an entire level into a vibrant community hub. This floating terrain merges podium and sky amenities into one continuous experience of greenery, pools, and social spaces overlooking the coastline.
Guided by the “Enchanting Mirage” concept, the interiors combine earthy tones, luminous finishes, and soft sculptural forms to create a calm spatial atmosphere shaped by light, texture, and fluidity.
