Campo Alto Eusébio emerges from a careful reading of the territory and its physical, environmental, and urban layers. The project organizes the space based on a design that integrates architecture, urbanism, and landscape as a single system, in which each element participates in the construction of a continuous experience. The radial and organic logic structures the whole and guides paths that open up to leisure, configuring a fluid spatiality, in which the experience reveals varied framings and subtle relationships with the surroundings.
Located on the banks of the CE-010 highway in Eusébio, the development engages with the region's landscape and the ongoing urban expansion. Vegetation plays a central role in the composition. More than an aesthetic resource, it becomes a structuring element: it guides flows, enhances common areas, and establishes gradual transitions between solids and voids. By connecting the open spaces, it promotes thermal comfort, encourages lingering, and fosters encounters, contributing to a more balanced daily life connected to the natural environment.
At the heart of the project, the clubhouse, with approximately 1,400 m², acts as a hub for social interaction and program coordination. The building concentrates diverse uses: a gourmet deck, a party room, a games room, a gym, and a wellness area with an indoor and outdoor sauna, organized to intensify the relationship with the landscape. Support areas and living spaces open to the exterior, reinforcing the continuity between interior and landscape and blurring rigid boundaries between architecture and nature.
The arrival is marked by an access portal which, together with the administration block and the playroom, consolidates the identity of the development from the first contact. These volumes integrate with the urban design and landscaping, configuring a clear and welcoming spatial sequence, in which the transition between city and interior space occurs gradually and in a sophisticated manner.
In Campo Alto Eusébio, leisure, social interaction, and landscape constitute the foundations of the architectural design. The complex proposes a way of living in which each route is conceived as an experience and each space as an opportunity for encounter, belonging, and well-being.
