The Beach Club Riviera ambience project seeks a concept of a unique experience of connection between the condominiums and the beach. Located in Aquiraz, Ceará, the project seeks to meet the expectations of a common aquatic complex for people who have their second home in the complex. With a generous needs program, the project has a gym, shop, toy library, private lounges, contemplation and tanning facilities amid an artificial beach and a restaurant with an extensive balcony that connects to the infinity pool.
When accessing the park, it is possible to conveniently access the gym, which is a more complete extension of the fitness space to the surrounding condominiums. The environment has professional spaces and equipment that seek to serve both young and elderly audiences. Designed with an open and fluid space concept, but with great relevance in the arrangement of equipment, it invites residents to seek different sensations through the designed environments.
The park store was planned to offer a direct connection experience with the aquatic complex, facilitating the flow of visitors to and from the Beach Club. From the beginning, the main premise was to create a space that provided practicality and convenience. The central idea is that patrons have easy access to a variety of products arranged in a strategic and accessible way, in a "to go" style. This format allows visitors to choose and purchase items quickly and independently, without having to interrupt their activities at the club, ensuring a fluid and pleasant experience.
The toy library is the first environment that welcomes visitors when they enter Vila Riviera, designed to be a playful, safe and welcoming space. With vibrant colors and ergonomic furniture with curved shapes, the environment was designed to stimulate children's creativity and well-being. Inspired by Montessori concepts, the toy library promotes autonomy, simplicity, order and a rich sensory experience, creating an environment that encourages exploration and learning in a natural and engaging way.
The lounges were designed as a haven of tranquility. With loose furniture, which can be reserved so that it can be enjoyed among friends or families and guarantees permanence for users with a mini pantry, table, sofa and comfortable lounge chairs with unique materiality through natural materials. The space is ideal for relaxing and admiring the view of the lazy river with an oasis around it.
Heading towards the sea, we passed by an artificial beach that was set up with tables, providing a space where families can eat food and have fun with their children in the waves safely. In addition, several sun loungers were positioned, offering a comfortable place for tanning and moments of relaxation for everyone.
The restaurant is accessed through a waiting area designed to integrate the space with a privileged view of the pool and the sea. Located under a large wooden pergola, the space is protected from the sun during the day, providing a pleasant play of light and shadow. During the day, light is filtered naturally, while at night, artificial lighting creates a harmonious atmosphere, in tune with the surrounding landscaping. The restaurant has versatile and elegant furniture, allowing different configurations for various events, with layout flexibility. The only fixed element is the bar, which curves towards the sea, delimiting the area reserved for events and ensuring sophistication and exclusivity with an exclusive view.
