Bozzuto Group’s first senior living community is designed to serve the lifestyles of both current and future residents. The building features a wide variety of community spaces, each with its own unique characteristics. Yet the design challenge was to create more inviting features that could serve all of the needs of its residents.

The interior design redesigns amenity spaces, apartment finishes, and residential corridors with a focus on comfort. Inspired by the feeling of home, the spaces at Canvas elicit a sense of discovery, warmth, and richness of experience.

Residents are encouraged to personalize their environment through things like sharing literary favorites in a library area or creating exhibitions along flexible art walls. Upon entry of the building, subtle and sophisticated detailing greets you and then weaves throughout the property, linking Canvas to the area’s rich past and deep connection to history.
