The project stems from a pre-existence of rigid spatiality, imposed by the arrangement of the bearing walls crossed along the two main directions.

Aware of the strength of this constraint, the project makes its formal stiffness its own and transforms it into its strong point. The central corridor, perfectly symmetrical in terms of distribution, is transformed into a sort of gallery in which the vertices of the travel axis are represented by the entrance door and by a full-height window on the opposite side.
