The house has a triangular structure (right triangle *isocèle), due to the topographic shape of the land. An attempt is made to treat the building in a sculptural way, as if it were an object that responds both to the topography of the land (slope greater than 30%), to the good orientation towards the south of the site, to good views towards the sea and to the needs the client's.

It is a second residence with the possibility of becoming the main one for the client and his family in the future no * llunya.
This object, understood as a triangular box, is located at the highest point of the plot, to prioritize views towards the sea, and is made up of continuous rotations and geometric *translations of the triangle.

The first objective of the project was, therefore, to make the obligatory shape of the external triangle coexist with an internal composition of the house that does not present conflicting points generated by the acute angles. This triangular shape has been annulled inside the house, through a careful distribution of the spaces and with the placement of the glass surfaces always delivered at 90 degrees with the adjoining perimeter walls. The mixed structure of reinforced concrete (slabs) and iron (pillars) freed up the plan and has allowed us great compositional freedom when resolving the functional program proposed by the client.

On the north façade (access for pedestrians) and on the southwest façade (road access) the openings have been minimized to protect the interior of the house from the *rafegues of the Tramontana wind (the north) and to protect the privacy of domestic life from the prying eyes of the street (both). Both this façade and the southwest one do not have fences on the street, since they themselves are constituted as fences. To prohibit access inside the plot, a fence made of vertical wooden profiles (thermo-treated pine) has been used next to the enclosing walls of the house.

The southeast façade is practically all glass.

The interior spaces and the surrounding landscape communicate harmoniously in the Vila con vistas en la mar de la Costa Brava, which is located 400 m away, we are in *Tamariu. It was precisely the presence of the sea that led to the development of the project as a viewpoint, with this concept taken to the extreme of transforming the three floors of the house into a type of optical cone with a 45° opening towards the infinite horizon.

The entrance hall acts as the "clock" of the entire house. Here we find: the entrance, a fissure generated by a *translation of the wall on the ground floor of the north façade, the staircase that connects the three floors of the house divided into two independent sections, a closed functional nucleus (courtesy sink, pocket emptier , wardrobe, part of the kitchen furniture). The 3 floors are organized as follows: once the threshold of the ground floor is crossed, the visitor is projected into a large open-plan surface where one enters, the stairs, the kitchen, the dining room and the living room are communicating with each other. ; Going up to the first floor, you reach the suite, also an open-plan environment in which the bedroom, bathroom and dressing room merge. In the basement there are the guest rooms (4), the laundry room, the garage and the technical room, which represent a more fragmented space for functional reasons, but which always maintains its orientation towards the sea.

Materials have been chosen such as the continuous micro-mortar on the floor, to cover the floors, the exposed structural concrete, left exposed to parts of the ceilings and to the wall of the suite, exposed treated metal pillars, off-white to the walls , thermo-treated wood to the terrace of the southeast façade. This terrace has a one meter wide porch, to guarantee control of the sun.
The choice of these materials has been with the aim of generating clear and bright environments, transforming all the *stays into timeless spaces, in which the combination of colors and materials reproduces organic atmospheres integrated with the maritime landscape.

The closures of the house its in lightened clay. The house is insulated externally (SATE system) and internally (rock wool). An isolated sanitary slab has been built on the basement floor. The glass surfaces are formed by technological glass (light transmission control, solar factor control, thermal transmittance control, argon gas in the chamber). An *aerothermal heat pump system is installed to *air-condition the entire house (they make-*coils with conducts) and this system is used for the production of DHW. To date, the user of the house has not started the air conditioning, neither in summer nor in winter, declaring that it is not necessary, since the house is behaving very well thermally.
