A space where architecture and life connect naturally. This residence, designed for those seeking tranquility and comfort on a single level, presents itself with discreet calm, as if it had always been there, waiting to be inhabited.
The site was not chosen at random; it was a response to the inhabitants’ deep connection with the surrounding environment. The land, with its privileged view of the green area, becomes the heart of the house, the place where daily experiences are enriched by the calm and freshness that nature offers. The terrace and pool, oriented toward the landscape, are not just spaces for leisure but also where time fades away and relaxation prevails.
The architectural solution is anchored in a fundamental principle: life should flow with ease. Therefore, the ground floor houses the most vital spaces, those that allow the inhabitants to live comfortably without sacrificing a connection to the outdoors. The main bedroom opens onto its own terrace, a private corner where mornings are slowly enjoyed with the first ray of sunlight. All the spaces on this level share an intimate relationship with the natural context.
The material design of the house reflects a desire for durability and sobriety. The chosen materials not only offer resistance over time but also serve as silent custodians of the history that the inhabitants will begin to write in this home. Reduced maintenance is a promise that the structure will remain unchanged while everything around it evolves.
The architectural program carefully distributes the functions, ensuring that every corner of the house has a clear purpose, from the basement, where a storage room for the pool and its bathroom are located, to the ground floor that hosts the most significant living spaces. The garage, the main entrance, the kitchen integrated into the dining room, and the double-height living room all converge toward the terrace, the epicenter of outdoor life.
On the upper floor, the two secondary bedrooms with their own bathroom and walk-in closet, along with the cinema, offer additional space to welcome those who want to share the serenity of this place.
In this project, architecture is not just construction. Every line, every material choice, every framed view is a metaphor for life itself, where the essential is found in simplicity, respect for the environment, and the creation of a home.
