Shared single-family home and art studio project developed in Nova Lima / Minas Gerais.

The project includes a sculptor's art studio and his residence, which will also be the workplace of his biologist and bird researcher. The overlapping of flows in order to ensure harmonious coexistence between the different demands and privacy specific to each activity was a major challenge in the development of this proposal.
In order to minimize foundation points, avoid vegetation suppression and integrate with predominant views, the installation of the metal structure occupied the upper part of the land.
