Single-family home project developed in Brumadinho / Minas Gerais.
The structure of the project is defined by a metal grid of beams and pillars, anchored by reinforced concrete gables. This composition creates a compelling dialogue with the terrain: a solid, heavy foundation gradually gives way to a lighter, more transparent framework as the structure ascends.
The spatial layout centers around a generous patio that seamlessly connects with the pool, surrounding garden, and natural sunlight. To ensure thermal comfort within the interior spaces, brise-soleils and other shading elements were strategically incorporated to filter and modulate the sun’s intensity.
