The single-family house CJ is a house that develops the day program and parking on the ground floor and the night program on the first floor. It is a house that is blind to openings on the main street and, instead, the entire daytime program looks towards the south facade where the entire glazed part unfolds. A large pergola 14 meters long protects the house from the sun and overheating. The interior patio distributes the entire program and gives transparency and light to the interior. This patio allows the natural ventilation of the house.
