UP DATA The plot is situated on a new growth area of the city of Albacete, in the field of extension of the Avenue of Spain, the reference axis in the city. His porporción is square, with an area of approximately 280m ², and guidance west to the road.

FUNCTIONALITY The housing is grouped in basement plus two floors, and turns on a Front yard run that provides access and is the result of the setback required by regulations, and other more private back yard. The day area and continued use is at ground floor, with a access lobby prior to vent the entrance, while the spaces service and garage are at lower ground floor with ramp access road.
