Airy and welcoming environments, minimal furnishings with an eye for the made-to-measure in a young living environment, not too abundant in size. Interpreting the tastes and needs of the clients, the latter were guided from the preliminary design to the choice of furnishings, through the creation of customized elements and attention to detail.

The entrance area leads to a small hallway where the supporting structure has been incorporated into custom-made furniture that hides it and transforms it into a magnetic niche with coat hanger elements (Ronda Design) and a large smoked mirror that amplifies the space. This overlooks the open space area that embraces both the small living room and the dining and kitchen area. The warmth of the wood both on the floor and on the dining table strongly heats the environment contrasting with the double walls in black finish, the fil rouge of the entire apartment. On the one hand, the ceramic cladding of the living room wall (Mutina) and on the other the linear kitchen in black fenix (Lube Cucine LubeCucine).

The island contrasts both spatially and materially, focusing on the combination of black & white, playing with light and dark. All the details of the house stand out for protagonism through the use of black, each element plays its function from the lighting (Flos and Linea Light), to the taps (Bellosta Rubinetterie), to the handles, to the light points (Bticino Living Now) .

The master bathroom entirely covered in stone-effect stoneware gives an elegant and at the same time simple tone as a whole. An intermediate partition divides the washbasin area, made entirely to measure, with washbasins set in the shelf (Biltech). The sanitary fixtures (Ceramica Cielo) opposite each other on the opposite front that overlook the shower area and hydro bath, which fit inside a niche, creating a real wellness area. The radiator (Flaps by Antrax it) is a real design element that warms and furnishes at the same time. An invisible door leads us to the sleeping area, where we find a second bathroom, a bedroom and the master bedroom. In the hallway it was possible to insert a walk-in closet making the most of the available space.

In the master bedroom the focus is mostly on the bed and what is behind it: the entire wall is covered with oak slatted panels that alternate giving dynamism to the room. The horizontality dictated by small black aluminum profiles between one panel and another emphasize and increase the perception of space in the room.

Class and comfort instead for the upholstered bed (Devina Nais), with a minimal line with two large padded cushions as headboard. Soft is the bed frame of generous proportions, with the front longone that becomes a comfortable seat.

A house that must meet the needs of the clients, with young, trendy but above all smart and functional finishes.
