The villa is surrounded by the green hills of Marostica, a small town in the province of Vicenza. The renovation here has interested the whole housing unit, which maintained the original architectural design despite using recovery materials like stone and bricks.

Even though the use of innovative techniques allows a contemporary and original reinterpretation, the construction preserves its rural soul.

It is the structure of spruce bims that defines simple and genuine spaces of white plaster. The living area is characterized by a double height, so that from the studio it is possible to see the underlying dining room.

From the outdoor pool, which fits into a paved courtyard, it is possible to enjoy the surrounding landscape.

The eastern part of the building is recognizable from its stone covering and its big glass windows, which maintain a dialogue with the external space.

In conclusion it is the bond the project has with the landscape that gives place to it all, always enhancing the environment.
