Casa Zetta is defined by its composition of interlocking volumes, separated from the base by glass panels. This element highlights the volumes, creating a visual effect of lightness that gives the impression of them floating above the base.

The facade of the house combines wood and concrete, creating a balance between warmth and sobriety. This introverted and dual design reflects a contemporary approach that integrates with the natural surroundings. Upon arrival, a water mirror embraces one of the house's sides and extends toward the lake, marking a smooth transition between the exterior and the interior.

The main entrance leads to a hall flooded with natural light, thanks to the strategic openings in the design. This space connects to the social area, characterized by a half-height, where the living room links to the exterior gallery. The openings toward the lake, along with the skylight, generate a sense of lightness in this volume that appears to float. In the center of this space, a sculptural iron piece stands out, functioning as a divider between the hall and the living area, adding both functionality and character to the design.

The distribution of spaces follows a half-level logic, clearly organizing the common and private areas. On the first level, there are two children's bedrooms, each with direct access to private terraces, creating an intimate connection with the outdoors.

The second level houses the master suite, conceived as a volume suspended above the social area. From this space, the best views of the lake are obtained in a private and serene environment. Additionally, this level contains a third bedroom facing the front of the house.

On the upper level, a multifunctional space completes the composition of the project. Designed with flexibility in mind, it can adapt to various activities, such as a study or recreation area.
