In the heart of the Cascada de Camoján Urbanization in Marbella, surrounded by a pine forest, stands a villa renovated by our Estudio de Arquitectura Alejandro Giménez.

The project began with the relocation of the kitchen, living room, and dining area to the central core of the house. This change has created a stronger relationship between the interior and the surrounding landscape, encouraging a more open and immersive way of living.

However, the true jewel of this project lies in the transformation of the master bedroom. The suspended ceilings were removed, allowing the space to extend to the full height of the house, reaching impressive ceilings of three meters and creating a remarkable sense of openness. From the upper part of the residence, one can enjoy panoramic views of the vibrant city of Marbella and the Mediterranean Sea. 

This renovation has endowed the villa with an intimate design while maintaining a harmonious connection with nature.
