This architectural project in Marbella involves the complete transformation of a terraced house. The intervention went beyond renovation, expanding the home while prioritizing flow and natural light throughout every space.
The ground floor features an open-plan design that harmoniously merges the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Sliding doors disappear into the walls, allowing an uninterrupted transition from interior spaces to the outdoors and creating an atmosphere of continuity and spaciousness.
On the upper floor, two luxurious en-suite bedrooms are revealed, each with its own private bathroom. The objective was to create a design that challenges the limits of space, flooding every corner of the bedrooms with natural light and a sense of openness. The final result is a terraced house that evokes the character of a luxury villa, shaped by the unique and elegant architectural vision of Alejandro Giménez.
