Ceballos 50
Jaime Navarro Soto

This project is situated on a property with a front of only 8 meters on Ceballos street. The plot streches deep into a garden with a spectacular Jacaranda. The concept was to create 6 “Town Houses“ with half levels. Four of these townhouses face the inner tree-covered path and two smaller ones face the street.

The townhouses consist of two parking spaces, laundry room, and bedroom and full bathroom below street-level. Above, in a multi-level arragenment we find a living space, kitchen- dinning room, and three bedrooms with full bathrooms. The complex has two roof gardens.

The exposed structure materials such as concrete walls and wooden beams, together with engineered wood flooring give the townhouses and industrial contemporary feel.

Each townhouse has its individual rainwater collecting system.

Material Used :

1. Tabimax

2. Wooden Beams

4. Acoustic Walls

5. OakEngineered Wood Flooring

6. Steel and Concrete Balconies

7. Aluminum and glass floor to ceiling windows.

8. Rain Water collection system for every townhouse
