Regarding the creation of a commercial centre near the city of Horn Streda, we developed a building based on a modern and appealing concept, using the international standards of retail architecture.

The suggested program is a large shopping center with a very well defined target, including different uses such as supermarket, shopping area, food-court, cinemas, bowling, outdoor areas and cultural activities.

The distribution of the various uses was necessarily thought so that the client will interact with the building in a commercially effective way.

The main entrance will be placed on the northwest boundary of the site so that it can take advantage of the wide visibility from the two roads.

The large lobby is bordered by three porches and a “billowing” facade, giving the perception of the food-court on the northeast side and which "swallows" the passersby, thereby promoting the circulation towards the remaining sectors.

A secondary entrance will be placed southwest side by side with the supermarket entrance. The loading dock access will be carried out by a road on the east side of the site, and will have a dedicated and controlled way in.

The concept approach was to create a building/object where the perception was unique as well as dynamic, as a result of its plastic form and its impressive architectural scale that assigns it with a landmark character.
