This apartment is intended for rental, it is assumed that the area of 47 sq. m. can accommodate two people.
The apartment is located in the center of Moscow, on the Marc Chagall embankment. From the window you can see the excellent infrastructure of the modern capital and the amphitheater near the river.
Trapezoidal shape is a non—standard and difficult task, for which it is important to maintain a balance not only of designs, but also of colors. Sunny orange was chosen for the accent color.
Apartment zoning is as easy as possible. A single partition creates a symbolic boundary between the sleeping area and the public area. In addition to the boucle bed and pouf, there is a small console workplace near the window for the concentrated work of future residents of Chagall int.
To minimize the visual noise of the entire apartment composition, all storage areas are built-in. For example, there is room for a small wardrobe in the kitchen area.
The island is made of artificial stone of a warm gray shade, it, in fact, shows the location of the kitchen area. Instead of the kitchen, there was a small living room with a sofa, armchair and coffee table, and the kitchen area was moved to the hallway.
All the orange furniture is made according to individual sketches of our studio. The bathroom area has three components, two of which are enclosed between erected partitions, and the third — the area with a sink — is located in the common room.
The doors to the shower room and bathroom are made of frosted glass, making the areas not enclosed, but at the same time private. The shower area was decorated with white mosaic tiles with an original laying method, as well as stainless steel elements.
A light ceiling and a small niche with three shelves add convenience. The apartment's hallway repeats the console element used in the bedroom, with the same cheerful, sunny color.
The interior of the apartment is complemented by paintings from the SAMPLE gallery of modern art. Alexey Dubinsky's "Muse. Head 3".
We took all the sunniest of Marc Chagall's paintings and transferred them to the project. It's a space where you want to dream, create, and just be happy.
