In 2013, after a year long contact, Central Ladprao was about to use Kokoboard to renovate their department store. Unfortunately the political crisis, someone throw the bomb to a shop at Central World, another branch located in the city.

This situation cause Central Ladprao change the whole design from using Kokoboard's Rice Straw Board to regular material, as afraid of Kokoboard might flammable easily

(We do not have opportunity to prove our flame retardant materia)

A year later, after the whole building completed, there is architecture for Chalachol (Hair Salon) want to decorate this shop with Kokoboard's material in Central Ladprao , but Central was not allow them to use. Thanks to architecture for this project who is truly want to use Kokoboard after make sure with us if Kokoboard is flame retardant. We insist and tell them to prove by burning small sample in front of department store's staff. Our material has been approve, Since then, There are 3 branches of Chalachol decorated with Kokoboard's Rice Straw Board those branches are Central Ladprao, Central Rama9 and Pattaya.
