The Client wanted to develop his plot in affluent south Delhi Neighborhood as a Weekend "Home / Farm House". The Requirement of the client was two bedrooms and a guest room with attached toilets, living room, dining room and kitchen on the Ground level only.

The total built up area of the Single story house is approximately 220 square meter.

The client wanted the neat, straight lines minimalist architecture and a simple and easy to execute design that can be constructed in less than six months. The House has a beautiful east facing portico overlooking the main garden also connected to the living room.

Each bedroom and the living room have a view on the front lawn also facing east, a priority in Indian climate. The Guest room is on the First level with a Large terrace uses in the evening for gathering.

The House is a Contemporary minimalist design with local material used in construction.
