Beach club concept from the One to One architectural bureau team on the Caspian Sea in Baku. The One to One team has developed a master plan and project concept, which has become a good basis for working out the documentation for construction, so that in the coming years the club's doors will be open for guests.

The main building of the building is connected to the main pool by pedestrian alleys. The paths are closed from direct sunlight by pergolas with partial landscaping and equipped places of rest. The two central alleys are separated by a water channel with palm oases. Secondary paths leading to all functional zones of the complex diverge from the central alleys. Along the facade of the main building there are private lounge zones with sailing canopies with access to decorative water channels.

In the center of the infrastructure of the complex are private lounges of several types. Wooden arbors with curtains for 1-2 people. And open spaces with sofas under umbrellas suitable for large companies. Also in the center of the complex is a private recreation area. Entrance to the territory from the event site. The zone is a suspended swing bed soaring over a bridge surrounded by small water channels.
