Headquarters buildings for two of China’s fastest growing financial institutions, including owned and leased office space, operations halls, multipurpose rooms, boutique and “big box” retail, high end dining, cafeterias, gyms, an executive club, shared lobby, and parking. Our design takes ideal office blocks and raises them to the zoning height limit to maximize their value, views, daylight, and iconographic potential. The retail and collective programs are amassed into two billboards of attractors below each lifted office block.

1. Facade cladding: Glass, aluminum and stone vertical shading fins
2. Collective / retail program: Local wood cladding, yellow privacy curtains, glass
3. Office program: Polished concrete floor, illuminated ceiling
