RESIDENCE CM
- Due to the needs of the user, the contingencies of the corner plot and the geographical situation, this house has developed on two levels, resulting in 289.50sqm of construction for a plot of 425.00sqm.
- Pillars and roof tops as well as floor slabs were made as mixed concrete slabs that were aesthetically exploited. Plasticity was dictated by the choice of vaults whose rhythm was functional.
- The openings were solved with fixed plates of tempered crystal: lighting, internal / external integration, complemented by shutters and wooden doors (ventilation and passage).
