This is a project to requalify the promenade of an Italian city on the Adriatic Sea.

It was a project with a fixed maximum badget (1 million euros all inclusive).

Materials used: wood, marble, stainless steel .

Furniture: Santa & Cole, Serralunga, Escofet, Artemide.

THE TOWER OF PEOPLES: using solar energy, it will be a sort of landmark visible from the sea (a kind of reinterpretation of the Lighthouse) and will be able to change some of its characteristics (color of the light, orientation of the elements of the structure, etc..) according to changing environmental conditions.

THE PLANTS ( designed with particular attention to energy saving and use of renewable sources of energy):

1 ) Recovery Systems of stormwater . Rainwater collected from traditional disposal systems, from walkways and other outdoor areas , can be easily filtered by self-cleaning device , and then collected in underground tanks into which undergo a process of purification and clarification that does not need maintenance.

The resulting water can then be distributed by pumps with low power consumption and used for irrigation and care of arboreal elements, washing of streets and sidewalks , for a fountain and a body of water located in the pedestrian zone.

2) Use of solar street lights for street lighting , with a special LED lamp that allows to significantly reduce maintenance costs and increase the reliability of the lamppost. Among the benefits : the duration and constant yield, efficiency in case of power failure, easiness of installation , excellent performance at any temperature , white light with excellent color perception , etc.
