Lygon st : A century old single fronted Victorian workers cottage that has had many faces over the years and now it’s latest sexy industrial chic look to take it to a whole new level. The joinery is entirely made from plywood, carcass form ply. Doors and exposed panels maxi ply Birch premium finished in Osmos Raw Oil. A new horizontal servery window was added behind the splash back to allow connection with the internal courtyard and the original vertical window was removed. The floor is finished in a concrete screed with epoxy which makes it ideal for cleaning and also allowed us to install directly on top of the existing terracotta floor tiles. The whole project is crafted and carefully detailed to allow for the quirks a 100yr old can present. Special Thankyou to our amazing Builder Ric and Marc for your hard work and attention to detail.
