This Out Patient Department Building has been used for over 35 years. The building conditions were deteriorated and ineffective in use. In order to support the growing numbers of population, the building was in highly needed of refurbishment.

Creative environment can reduce stress from patients and empower them to be strong and confident; therefor, "Help & Heal" was the idea behind this overall design concept.

Natural light and artificial lighting, many types of line, cool tone colors, music and natural beats, modern materials are all used to emphasize the core concept not only with aesthetic concerns but also environmental concern especially green architecture aspect.
