The baseline for this project in the center of Málaga was to respect the past of this historical building while meeting the specific requirements of temporary users and their need for a fast changing habitat. It consists of 7 apartments and its corresponding lobby areas, which recover artistic and architectural elements of great value. 

Inside the building, the apartments reflect on current functionality and the lack of ornament while engaging with the building’s unique details. All the floorplans are divided into two preexisting typologies in which, as the user moves towards the upper floors, the façade and the roof’s distinctive features fill the space with light and warmth.
