Espacio Maximale is a space for working and meeting to develop our own architectural practice. It is conceived as a workshop for production, but also as a place that triggers reflection and encounter.
The program for this project defines two essential areas that match how the practice operates: a reception area at street level dedicated to meetings and a second space related to work. Both spaces are linked through a subtle change in level, around which are located the ancillary areas and a patio. Neutral and harmonic tones allow a calm and continuous reading of the space.
Its location at street level in Madrid’s borough of Chamberí provides a more direct contact with clients, collaborators, friends and professionals allowing us to develop spontaneous meetings and workshops.
