The cement (or terrazzo) washbasins that we manufacture are traditional products of the Mediterranean architecture; natural products, handmade, with their own personality and a very good ageing. Over the years we have introduced technical and aesthetic improvements to our pieces in order to achieve a balance between craftsmanship and the qualities and functionalities that are essential for the modern times.
These washbasins have many things in common with marbles and natural stones. Each piece is unique, and the little changes of tone, the randomness in aggregate combinations, or the small dimensional variations are characteristic features.
They have performed very well for many years, with great ageing, noble and elegant, even in cases where some small retraction fissures have appeared. However, it is important to consider the installation, protection and maintenance guidelines that we provide. In general, the instructions are easy to follow, but it is essential to attend them carefully.
Patterns
Virtually any format and shape of wash bowls and worktops can be produced. The standard basins by now are “samonia”, “palau”, “rodona” (specification sheets available), rectangular 50x35x15cm (and 53x38x15cm), and bowl of 40cm inside diameter.
Some small dimensional variations can always occur.
The bottom part of all sinks can be visible if requested when placing the order.
