Cuauhtémoc Mixed Use CONTEST PROPOSAL

We where invited to make a proposal for a big mixed use building with commerce, hotel, office and housing in an abandoned plot in the heart of the center of Monterrey Mexico, The proposal consist on a 4 storie column with offces, retail and commerce that connects to the city and the appartments and hotel are located on the top floors. there are too many configurations and the whole project is fed by the main space, at the center of the plot.
