Cube Lofts is the result of a careful study of mainstreet form and a commitment to creating a superior living environment in a mixed-use format. Cube employs a design strategy which can be replicated on a number of sites along Toronto’s many avenues to reinvigorate these areas while respecting their scale and character. The form considers the City’s avenue and mid-rise guidelines. Twenty-one units have been provided on a 7,000 Sq. Ft. site with no rear lane access. The design incorporates a wide range of unit sizes including two storey units and large penthouse suites.

CUBE was recognized by a City of Toronto Urban Design Award of Excellence in 2013.
