Project Description:

Located on the ground floor of an exclusive development facing the Caribbean Sea, this 120 m² apartment was conceived as a haven of serenity and sophistication. The interior design revolves around a central single space that integrates the living room, dining room, and open kitchen, fostering a connection between the spaces and enhancing conviviality. This social heart of the home opens completely to the privileged view of the Cancún sea, allowing the breeze and natural light to flood every corner.

Interior Design, layout and finishes 

The materials used focus on creating a fresh, contemporary, and light atmosphere. The wooden floor provides warmth and visual continuity, while the strategic use of mirrors amplifies natural light and enhances the ocean views, integrating the landscape into the interior. Limestone clads select walls, providing texture and a connection to the coastal surroundings.

At the rear of the apartment, two bedrooms with private bathrooms and dressing rooms provide comfort in a contemporary setting that continues the apartment's fresh and elegant style.

In the bedrooms, black Marquina marble is introduced as an element of contrast and sophistication, setting accents that reinforce the identity of each private space. In the bathrooms, travertine marble provides a sober and natural character, elevating the everyday experience to a gesture of well-being and serene luxury.

Each element of the project was carefully selected to create a harmonious atmosphere, where the design becomes the perfect setting for enjoying the surroundings and the tropical beachfront lifestyle of Cancun.
