TLV Apartment is a renovation project for a 135 m2 apartment located in the center of Tel Aviv in a 50-year-old Building. The clients are a French couple of art dealers with 3 children. The renovation of the house is set to distinguish the public area for the family as the center of the house that stretches to two separate areas of room.

The apartment had a very uncomfortable layout and did not function well.
The renovation included tarring down all the interior walls and dividing it differently creating a public family area at the center of the apartment – the living room and kitchen. Connected by a sculptural custom designed kitchen island made from porcelain with a unique metal cabin.

We wanted the apartment to have a contemporary open space with a clean and worm feel to it .All sleeping rooms are at the perimeters of the apartment and divided to children area with a playroom viewing the living room and a master bedroom at the other side of the apartment.A large balcony was opened extending from the Livingroom to the Tel Aviv view.
