D14 is a residential project consisting of 6 building blocks and 14 independent units on an approximately 3150 Sqm land in Istanbul.

Due to the nature of the landscape, locations of the building blocks at different levels have been a major factor in the differentiation of the units although a uniform floor plan organization was preferred.

With its project decisions, D14, which differs from the ordinary site approach and general regional typology, is designed as an “concave living space” defined by the building blocks placed on the periphery of the land and a living space with a common courtyard.

Each independent unit has its own private garden. Moreover, these independent units also benefit from the green spaces located in the common courtyard. This courtyard primarily serves as the main axis for the pedestrian and vehicle circulation as well as social areas such as pool, terraces, yoga decks and basic agricultural areas.
