GBA Residence, located on the Bosphorus, at the heart of Istanbul met its users in 2018, was created with a focus on the concepts of modernity and functionality.

Consisting of 2 floors, the residence with a space of ​​600 squaremeters displays REDA's design character with contemporary lines while keeping the level of luxury and comfort for its users at the highest level.

Master bedroom has two seperate walk-in closets with two seperate bathrooms. It also has a mini-courtyard where the users can enjoy outdoors.

The rooms for the children are seperated with a large sliding door which allows the residents to use these spaces as a whole when needed. It also helps to create a more solid bond in between the siblings.

First floor consists of a large living area which is often used for formal gatherings, "a man-cave" for the "guys" to come together, enjoy some cigars, watch the game, a kitchenette and a WC.
