The concept of this project is based on a series of transparent coalescing boxes- the enclosed offices, meeting rooms, and yoga / gym area- that together form the boundaries of the communal spaces and open offices. These boundaries are softened and blurred with the use of large full-height glass partitions that allow for unobstructed views through the space as well as adapt to the working needs of different groups.The raw texture of the building’s core structure is left exposed and thus contrasts with the lush abundant natural landscape over which is layered a continuous wood floor to connect all programmatic spaces and delineate a fluid movement through the space.
