This cluster housing development, consisting of 15 terraces and two semi-detached units, embodies the saying "less is more". Minimalism is the theme that dominates in this freehold development in the Pasir Ris area.

Water acts as the focus: it suggests fluidity and tranquility, motion and stillness, luminescence and serenity. Besides the obligatory swimming pool, there will also be landscaped ponds and reflecting pools, reinforcing the water-themed homes.

Set in a mature residential estate, this project is bound to be distinguished from its surrounding homes – its simplicity is its greated sophistication.
