The client needed a place for his daughter which I commissioned the design and construction of the house. With a small field and a reduced budget was built a house on one level with an optimal orientation to achieve naturally, capture the prevailing winds and minimize the sunlight. Pedestrian and vehicular access are separated, but both has the same yard as a receiver. House has a social area and private area. First area has a kitchen with a view to a private garden. Private area is a single space segregated by a wall that does not reach the ceiling and divides bedroom and study while maintaining privacy of both. All area has a view a garden.
