It is a 284m² apartment that was designed for a couple who love to receive friends to drink wine, smoke cigars, have barbecues and watch football games, the resident's favorite hobby.
To meet all the clients' wishes, several structural changes were developed, such as the creation of a wine cellar in a space next to the entrance hall, which already welcomes guests at the property's door. The project also included the integration of the balcony into the social living room and the creation of a gourmet space, with a multifunctional island, a champagne dispenser carved in Dekton, a dual brewer and an ice machine for drinks.
The master suite was integrated into the balcony to provide even more space. And another suite was created to welcome the client's family, who are from Rio de Janeiro and often visit the couple.
Among the materials, the highlight is the brick chosen for the cellar and the cladding of the main bath.
With regard to works of art, the client already had a large personal collection, which was highlighted with adequate lighting.
Last but not least, the architect developed a cigar shop especially to serve the client, with great comfort to relax, in a more private space.
