On the border of Vienna's 1st district - between the Börse and Servitenviertel districts near the Ringstrasse - two neighbouring Wilhelminian-style buildings were connected floor by floor. The 60 metre long front and the newly constructed roofs with large skylights emphasise the connection between the two buildings.
The approximately 5,500 m2 of contiguous modern office space impresses with its impressive ceiling height and classic old building flair. The extensive opening of the entrance area allowed for a prestigious foyer. The ground floor was designed as commercial premises across the entire building.

Flexibility and sustainability were at the centre of the future-oriented planning concept. This allows for single-tenant use as well as small-scale letting.
