Actually, the landscape was too beautiful to develop. The fairytale atmosphere inspired us to build for witches. The plan is fully tailored to this concept. Since witches move on broomsticks, the infrastructure is minimal and the program is stacked, minimizing the impact on the landscape. The houses are nestled in greenery and only accessible via cart tracks. Living takes place on the upper floors, from where residents have a beautiful view of the polder landscape.
