We were given complete freedom in realizing a "light interior" in a 1930s villa. The only requirement was that the project had to be realized within three, from design to realization. The villa will be full of small rooms. By removing the partitions, large white spaces were created containing work islands. The acoustically colored walls provide warmth and reduce reverberation. The transparency that the building gained by removing most of the walls gave the original staircase a prominent guiding role. By adding color, the staircase is a visual connection between the floors.
