Employee-centric environments aid corporations in recruitment, collaboration, retention and productivity.
Inspire
EarthCam, an international provider of webcam technology and services since 1996, wanted to create a professional campus that suited their work style, protected the environment, and empowered their employees to express their creativity and engage in healthy activities in the fresh air.
Subtle Colors. Soothing Textures.
Create
The new, spectacular, LEED-certified building, called EarthCampus, has open spaces and plenty of breakout areas. EarthCam’s staff leaders selected interior textures and design materials for the new campus to fit their specific needs. The space features Patcraft’s Luxurious broadloom carpet in Dignified, a subtle grey and black pattern that’s both elegant and contemporary. The carpet was selected to add texture and dimension to the space while remaining soft and resilient enough to roll chairs and desks over it.
Transform
EarthCam’s new office space is ideal for the creative working minds of the 21st century and truly evolved their work. Work areas may be reconfigured as needed, and employees can be inspired by the natural surroundings whether they work inside or outside. Green, clean and focused on employees’ wellness, the workspace features open floor plans for flexible arrangement of office space, desks and chairs, as well as extensive grounds landscaped to feature meditation areas, and biking and walking trails.
Transform Working with Patcraft.
“We worked hard to create an environment that is ideal for our employees and hope this new campus will build awareness of our products and services as we take our company to the next level.”
Bill Sharp, Earthcam’s senior vice president, product development and strategy
