Nestled on a hillside overlooking Nazareth Bay on St. Thomas Island, East End merges tropical architecture with modern sustainable living.

Built to withstand the island's elements, it features locally sourced stone and materials that seamlessly blend with the lush, undisturbed landscape. The design prioritizes breathtaking views, abundant sunlight, and brisk breezes, offering a perfect harmony with nature. The design separates the space into distinct zones: a quiet, closed side for relaxation, and an open, active side ideal for entertaining. Terraced outdoor spaces invite residents to immerse themselves in the tropical surroundings, making this home a serene oasis in paradise.
